SERVICE DESCRIPTION
Every business is unique, and every leader has their own style, goals, and objectives. This training will be customised to ensure learnings are bespoke to each situation.
Following on from the assessment of the RBPN Growth Advisor, the first session of this training will teach you how to do a self-assessment of the business, looking for strengths and weaknesses that should be addressed. Learning this critical thinking skill is essential part of keeping track of the health of a business and will highlight additional areas for targeted learning which could include foundational business skills, entrepreneurship, innovation basics, digital transformation, leadership and/or DEIB.
TRAINING OBJECTIVES:
· Learn critical thinking skills.
· Understand business basics such as finances & people leadership.
· Develop deeper skills in targeted areas.
LEARNING OUTCOMES
The business owner / business manager will learn how to:
- Use critical thinking for business self-assessments.
- Be confident in skills such as bookkeeping, cash-flow forecasting, employing staff, working with suppliers, basic marketing, and media etc.
- Show competency in targeted skills areas highlighted after self-assessment.
